Pregnacare is recommended as soon as you start trying to conceive to help safeguard your nutritional needs before you find you are pregnant; throughout the whole of your pregnancy and also whilst breast-feeding when extra demands are placed on your body. If you miss one day this is fine because the beneficial effects of the vitamins and minerals build over time.

Pregnacare Stretch Mark Cream is recommended when the skin starts to stretch during the first trimester. This is because the sooner potential stretch marks are cared for - when they are red or reddish purple - the more likely you are to lessen their appearance. Once they begin to smooth and fade they become less obvious and far more difficult to treat successfully.

Pregnacare Stretch Mark Cream should be gently massaged into the stomach, waist, thighs and breasts, avoiding the nipple area (this is also important as a means to prevent the cream coming into contact with your baby if you use the cream during breast feeding).
